Life is messy, challenging, and filled with barriers that can be derailing. This part totally sucks, She gets it.
Getting to know more about Michelle Anhang and her journey! Michelle lost her husband to suicide 15 years ago. She was 34 years old, with 2 young sons ages 7 and 4. The family hid the truth about his death for over 10 years out of shame and fear of stigma.
She has turned her pain into her purpose by speaking publicly about her journey through healing and finally sharing the truth, as well as her own mental health challenges that arose along the way. She has also become a certified coach who provides support and strategy to individuals and families living with mental health challenges, as well as those moving forward after loss.
Topics she speaks about: Mental Health-Suicide-Grief and Loss-Stigma and Shame-Trauma-Widowhood-Solo Parenting-Self-Love-Mindfulness-Finding Purpose-Empowerment
